What should I bring with me?
Please bring a valid photo ID and, if applicable, your test request form or referral from your doctor or employer.

How should I prepare for a blood test?
Some tests require fasting. If you’ve been advised to fast, please avoid eating or drinking anything (except water) for 8–12 hours before your appointment.

Will the blood draw hurt?
Most clients describe it as a quick pinch or sting. Our trained phlebotomists make the process as comfortable and stress-free as possible.
How long will the appointment take?
Most appointments take 10–15 minutes, depending on the number of samples needed.

How long will it take to get my results?
At Pulse we provide a blood collection only. You will need to refer back to the company you purchased your kit or NHS for this information. we do not provide results.

Are your phlebotomists qualified?
